Obituary for Aleen Etta Webb Aleen Etta Webb, 86, of Pampa, woke up in the arms of her beloved Savior on Sunday, February 17, 2019 in Pampa. She entered this life on January 27, 1933 in Whitesboro, Texas to Denton and Rose Etta Cazzell. Aleen grew up around Whitesboro, Texas in a town that is now under Lake Texoma until the age of 14.

It was around that time that her father passed away and she and her siblings moved to Pampa to live with an uncle. She graduated from Pampa High School and this has remained her home since. While working as a carhop at Caldwell’s Drive In, she met her soon to be husband.

She married Neal Webb on December 29, 1958 and they were married for 57 years at the time of his passing in 2016. Aleen had worked in the food industry for many years which included The Coney Island Café, Furr’s Cafeteria and the United Deli. Aleen was a very active member of First Pentecostal Holiness Church.

A few of her hobbies were cooking, taking care of the housework and reading “Reader’s Digest” and a magazine called “The Good Old Days”. Aleen was a straight shooter and didn’t mind telling you how it was without mincing her words. After living through The Depression, she very much knew the value of things, didn’t waste and was a relatively simple lady.

Her smile, laughter and spitfire personality will be greatly missed by many. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Neal Andrew Webb; parents; brother, Kenneth Cazzell; sister and brother-in-law, Joy and Jay Stringer and her daughter, Jequita Risley. Those left to cherish her precious memories are a son, Neal Andrew Webb II and wife Beth; daughter, Janetta Wells and husband Jeff of Richardson, Texas; brother, Curtis Cazzell and wife Cindy of Springfield, MO; sister-in-law, Fern Cazzell of Springfield, MO; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
