Brenda’s Obituary Brenda Joyce Phillips, 74, of Pampa passed away on Saturday February 9, 2019 at her home. There are no services scheduled at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.

Brenda was born December 13, 1944 in Gentry, AR to J. C. and Ruby Looper. She graduated from Miami High School in 1963. She married Bobbie Phillips on August 31, 1965 at Miami.

Brenda worked for the Marie Foundation for a few years and was a bookkeeper for numerous businesses in Pampa. She loved collecting rocks, and liked John Wayne. Brenda was a member of First Christian Church.

She is survived by her husband, Bobbie of the home; a daughter, Charlotte DuBose; two granddaughters, Christine and Tammy; and numerous nieces and nephews.
