Alfred Lee Logan, age 66, of Old Fort, North Carolina passed away Sunday, May 20, 2018 at his residence, surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Logan was born in McDowell County to the late Leroy Logan and Genevieve Carson. In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by one brother, Sammie Brown and one sister, Maxine Logan.

Surviving Mr. Logan are his daughters, Hope Logan and Dwan Logan of Old Fort; five brothers, Joey Logan (Teresa) of Liberty, NC, James Logan (Cheryl) of Old Fort, Mark Logan of Marion, William Logan of Asheville, NC and Richard Logan (Joann) of Nebo, NC; and two sisters, Patricia Young (Robert) of Marion and Sally Logan of Old Fort; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a host of nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, May 26, 2018 at First Presbyterian Church in Old Fort, NC with Reverend Tammy Logan officiating. Burial will follow at the Old Fort City Cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the church.
