Obituary for Alice McKinney Bounds Alice McKinney Bounds Plain Dealing, LA Funeral services for Mrs. Alice McKinney Bounds, age 85, will be held at 10:00 am, Friday, April 13, 2018, at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel, Springhill, LA, with Mr. Vance Stinson officiating. Interment will follow in Rocky Mount Cemetery, Plain Dealing, LA under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home, Springhill, LA. Visitation will be held Thursday, April 12, 2018 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm at Bailey Funeral Home, Springhill, LA.

Mrs. Bounds was born on February 16, 1933 in Rocky Mount, LA and passed away on Sunday, April 8, 2018 in Plain Dealing, LA. She was a member of Church of God International and was a homemaker. She enjoyed gardening, yard work, reading and writing.

She is survived by three sons, Kenneth Wayne Bounds and wife, Vera of Plain Dealing, LA, Gerald David Bounds and wife, Sheri of Porter, TX, Michael Dennis Bounds and wife, Rebecca of Cypress, TX; ten grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews. Mrs. Bounds was preceded in death by her parents, Lochiel McKinney and Lois Martin; husband, Winifred Cullen “Dub” Bounds; son, Kevin Eugene Bounds; and four sisters.
