Obituary for Thomas Dewayne Johnson Thomas Dewayne Johnson Emerson, AR Funeral services for Mr. Thomas Dewayne Johnson, age 63, will be held at 3:00 pm, Thursday, May 10, 2018 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel in Springhill with Rev. G. R. Collier officiating. Interment will follow in the Stewart-Walkerville Cemetery, Emerson, AR under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home, Springhill, LA.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Wednesday, May 9, at the funeral home. Mr. Johnson was born on April 8, 1955 to Ethredge Alton and Willie Mae Burkeen Johnson in Clewiston, FL and passed away on Saturday, May 5, 2018 in Texarkana, TX. He was a former resident of Florida and had lived in the Emerson, AR area the last eight years.

He was a member of the Assembly of God church and was employed as a truck driver. He enjoyed working in woodwork and attending tractor pulls. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Angela Lee Dezern Johnson and sister, Karion Taylor and her husband, Daniel all of Emerson, AR; sisters-in-law, Molly Johnson of Cullman, AL and Marie Johnson of Clewiston, FL and a host of nieces and nephews.

Mr. Johnson was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Michael, Larry and Willie Johnson.
