Obituary for Sylvia A Smith Sylvia Ann Smith, 81 of El Dorado, AR. passed away, Saturday, June 16, 2018 at her home in El Dorado. Sylvia was born June 19, 1936 in Corning, New York to the union of Horace Schwartz and Helen Miles Schwartz.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Harvey Smith and a sister, Betty Wetherbee. She was a member of Hickory Grove Chapel and retired from Walgreens after more than 25 years, where she was known as Ms. Walgreens. Sylvia loved her television preachers, gospel music and was a master of jigsaw puzzles.

Survivors include her two sons, Douglas Durnell of Hampton, AR, and Troy Bigham and wife Susan of Anacortes, Washington , one daughter, Linda Cauwenberghs and husband Rick of Allendale, New Jersey, one sister, Nellie Jones of Camden, AR, six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, June 22, 2018 until funeral services at 2:00 p.m. at the Hickory Grove Chapel with Rev. Bob Inmon officiating.
