Obituary for Thomas Scott Kelley Thomas Scott Kelley Springhill, LA Graveside service for Mr. Thomas Scott Kelley, age 84, will be held at 2:00 pm, Thursday, June 21, 2018, at the Springhill Cemetery, Springhill, LA, with Rev. Ronald Morgan officiating. Interment will follow under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home, Springhill.

Visitation will be held Thursday, June 21, 2018, from 12:00 pm until 1:45 pm at the funeral home. Mr. Kelley was born on October 7, 1933 to William Scott and Jewel Sanders Kelley in Bastrop, LA and passed away on Sunday, June 17, 2018 in Springhill, LA. He is survived by his two daughters, Tracy Kelley of Springhill, Dena Conterez and husband, David of Minden, LA; two grandchildren, Blair McCuen, Cade Conterez; four great-grandchildren, Bella McCuen, Riley McCuen, Randy McCuen, Marley McCuen; sister, Betty Kelly Leonard of Sarepta; and brother, Bill Dwyer of CA.
