Obituary for Lossie Faye Phillips Lossie Faye Phillips Springhill, LA Funeral services for Lossie Faye Phillips, age 90, will be held at 10:00 am, Friday, June 8, 2018, at Bailey Funeral Home Chapel, Springhill, with, Rev. G.R. Collier officiating. Interment will follow in Springhill Cemetery under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home.

Visitation will be held Thursday, June 7, 2018, 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Bailey Funeral Home. Lossie was born on August 10, 1927 to Rufus Samuel and Betty Pike Glass in Taylor, AR and passed away on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 in Springhill, LA. She was a faithful member of her church, and loved spending time with her family and friends.

She had a loving heart and her home was always open. She always did her best to care for others, and never turned anyone away. She is survived by her two sons; Eddie Phillips and wife, Marilyn of Palestine, TX, Rufus Phillips of Springhill, LA; daughter, Jean Livingston of Springhill, LA; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and good friends.

Lossie was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William Franklin “Buck” Phillips; daughter, Teresa Phillips; three brothers and six sisters.
