Obituary for Mary Helen Williams Mary Helen Williams Haynesville, LA Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Helen Williams, age 75, will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel in Haynesville, LA with Bro. Danny Triplet and Bro. Rodney Gray officiating.

Interment will follow in the Shady Grove Cemetery under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home, Haynesville, LA. Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Monday at the funeral home. Mrs. Williams was born on June 10, 1943 to Bonnie Dewie and Francille Moretta Peterson Ellison in Walkerville, AR and passed away on Saturday, July 28, 2018 in Shreveport, LA.

She was a faithful member of Calvary Baptist Church in Shongaloo, LA and was a veteran of the U.S. Army WAC. She was a retired department store manager having worked at Wal-Mart and Fred’s for many years. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Her grandchildren were the love of her life. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Jimmie S. Williams; daughter, Jennifer Kennedy and husband, Sean; son, Jimmie Dale Williams and wife, Denise, all of Haynesville, LA; grandchildren, Faith Garrett and husband, Dillion; Alexis Kennedy; Keely Kennedy and Austin Kennedy and wife, Katelyn; great-granddaughter, Abby “Doo”; great-grandson, Octavin; sisters, Jane Jeffus and husband, Sam of Camden, AR; Carolyn Watson and husband, James of Walkerville, AR; a host of nieces and nephews and her four-legged grandson, Rufus. Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her parents.

Pallbearers will be Don Dailey, John Watson, Bradyn Watson, Cole Watson, Carl Bussey, and Robert Cameron.
