Obituary for Mary Elizabeth Parker Mary Elizabeth Parker Sarepta, LA Funeral service for Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Baker Parker, age 95, will be held at 12:00 pm, Saturday, June 30, 2018, at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel, Springhill, LA with Rev. G.R. Collier and Rev. Daphne Roberts officiating.

Interment will follow in Forest Grove Cemetery, Homer, LA under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home, Springhill. Visitation will be held Friday, June 29, 2018, from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the funeral home. Mrs. Parker was born on April 21, 1923 to James Patton and Mary Eula Malone Baker in McNeil, AR and passed away on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 in Minden, LA.

She was a native of McNeil, AR and a long time resident of this area. She was a member of the Community Church of Webster in Springhill and was a homemaker. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Coyie E. Parker on May 20, 2005; a daughter, Linda A. McCoy on June 21, 2016; and brothers, Jewell Baker and Douglas Baker.

She is survived by her three sons, James E. Parker of MN, Joel Parker and wife, Linda of Dallas, TX, David G. Parker of Sarepta; twelve grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; and three nieces. Honorary pallbearers will be Rodney Parker, Curtis Parker, Edwin Parker and Tommy Broadhead.
