Obituary for Peggy Ford Carroll Peggy Ford Carroll Shongaloo, LA Graveside service for Mrs. Peggy Ford Carroll, age 84, will be held at 10:00 am, Wednesday, June 27, 2018, at the Western Cemetery, Emerson, AR, with Rev. Jonathon Montgomery officiating. Interment will follow under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home, Springhill, LA.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 26, 2018, from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the funeral home. Mrs. Carroll was born on February 20, 1934 to Henry and Edna Ford in Winnfield, LA and passed away on Monday, June 25, 2018 in Springhill, LA. She was of the Baptist Faith and was a homemaker, She was an avid reader who loved western books.

She is survived by her grandchildren, Cristin Lewis, Lindsey Carroll and husband, Jeff Helms, Krystal Burns, Michelle Wright, Gerald Carroll, III, Rickey Carroll, Jr.; son, Rickey L. Carroll; two great-grandchildren, Kaden Taylor, Gage Ashley; and sister-in-law, Sandra Henderson and husband, Stan of Winnfield, LA. Mrs. Carroll was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Gerald Henry Carroll; sons, Tony Randal Carroll, Gerald Henry Carroll, Jr.; and brothers, Jim Ford and Hank Ford.
