Obituary for Alvin E. Jenkins Mr. Alvin Ellis Jenkins, 64, husband of Tuilene “Tina” Sutton Jenkins, entered into rest on Saturday, October 6, 2018. A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, October 11, 2018 at Clifford Memorial Presbyterian Church with the Reverend Tony Henderson and Rev. Michael Griffin officiating.

Mr. Jenkins was a meat-cutter by trade for over 42 years having served at Fort Gordon Commissary and Piggly Wiggly. Alvin and Tina were married for 35 years and had known each other for over 45 years. In addition to spending time with his wife and family, and playing with the grandchildren, he enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Survivors include his wife, Tina Jenkins; two sons, Ronnie Hammack (Wendy) and Toby Hammack (Kelly); and three grandchildren, Dautrey, Abby and Cole. He was preceded in death by his sister, Peggy Carreras.
