Amanda “Mandy” Diane Blair, 40 of Belpre, Ohio died at her residence on July 12, 2018. She was born in Parkersburg, WV on January 7, 1978 and was the daughter of Ethel Diane Ahart Blair of Belpre and the late Rodney Curtis Blair. While she was going to Belpre High School from where she graduated she worked at McDonalds.

Following graduation she worked for Teknetis as an assembler. She was a member of the Friendship Ridge Christian Fellowship church. Survivors include her mother, Ethel Diane Blair of Belpre, her brother, Jason (Carrie) Blair of Belpre, her 3 nieces and nephew, Adrienne, Kelsey, Dillon and Madison Blair.

She is also survived by her great niece, Luca Blair. Also surviving are her special friends and caregivers, Nancy Richmond and Ashley McClung. Services will be at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Belpre on Tuesday at 11:00 AM with Pastor David Ellenwood officiating.

Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM and up till service time on Tuesday. In Mandy’s memory, donations may be made to the Canine Companion (CCI).
