Obituary for Andrew Bernard Carrier, II Andrew Bernard Carrier, II, age 30, of Buckhannon, died Wednesday, May 2, 2018, at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Buckhannon. He was born March 9, 1988, in Fort Lauderdale, FL, a son of Rick Carrier, Jr. and Andrea Hamilton Carrier of Buckhannon. In addition to his father and mother, he is survived by two sisters: Courtney Carrier of Buckhannon and Chelsea and husband Wesley Eades of Bridgeport; three nieces: Alexis, Hadley, and Madelyn; one nephew Tristan; paternal grandfather Richard Carrier and companion Patty Caventer of Buckhannon; and several aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Clara H. Carrier, and his maternal grandparents, Colin and Eloise Hamilton. Andrew was a 2007 graduate of Buckhannon-Upshur High School where he was a two-time All-State Football player and a state champion in track and field. He loved his friends and was loved by so many.

He will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved him. The body was cremated; a memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, May 10, 2018, at the South Buckhannon Mission Church with Pastor Ed Lowther officiating.
