South Bend – Ann McNeill, 73, of South Bend passed away Friday July 20, 2018 at Center for Hospice, South Bend, Indiana with her loving family beside her. On October 8, 1944 in Stirling , central Scotland at Airthrey castle , Ann was born to the late Marcus and Elizabeth (Brenber) Monroe. Ann retired from J & B Products in 2009.

She also enjoyed volunteering at the Logan Center. Ann loved to retreat to her favorite campground at Mini Mountain, and traveling with her family. Ann also loved her Scottish heritage.

In Scotland on September 4, 1964, Ann was united in marriage to her loving husband Gregor McNeill, who survives. Ann is also survived by daughters, Laura (Roland) Antonelli, Jennifer (Dewayne) Burks, both of South Bend; Sons, Marcus (Shari) McNeill, Andrew McNeill, both of South Bend, Kevin (Melissa) McNeill of North Liberty, Indiana; fourteen grandchildren; three great grandchildren with two on the way ; and brother Graham (Patty) Monroe of England, and sister in law Elaine of Fife, Scotland . She is preceded in death by her parents, a brother Marcus, and a grandson, Christopher.

A Celebration of Life will be held on July 25, 2018, 6:00PM at Palmer Funeral Home River Park Chapel, 2528 Mishawaka Avenue, South Bend, Indiana 46615. Friends may gather with the family 1 hour prior to the service (5:00PM-6:00PM). Palmer Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
