Born on December 25, 1922 in Vancouver, British Columbia, she was the daughter of the late Peter Zubek and Mary Zubek. She was a veteran of World War 11.

She was a substitute elementary and junior high school teacher and taught Sunday School. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Sas, 2 sisters, Helen and Nellie and a brother, Steve. She is survived by her son, Nicholas Sas of Augusta, WV and a sister, Katherine Zubek of Vancouver, Canada.

All arrangements are private and being handled by McKee Funeral Home, Augusta, WV.
