Obituary for Arthur Angelo Hart Arthur Angelo Hart, age 88, passed away Monday November 19, 2018 after a long illness. He was the beloved husband of Josephine “Jo” Zeoli Hart for 64 years. Father of Debra Hart and her husband Edward Mansfield, Jr. Son of the late Wilfred and Albena LaFrance Hart.

He is also survived by his sister Dorothy McCarthy and brothers Frederick, Robert and Donald and was predeceased by a brother Wilfred. He was a communicant of St. Louis Church since it was established in West Haven. He was co-owner, along with his wife, of Hart Travel.

He was a member of the Italian-American Civic Association for 56 years and served as President in 1967. He was also a member of the West Haven Rotary Club and served on the Planning & Zoning Board of Appeals during the former Mayor Bob Johnson Administration. He was a U.S. veteran, served in the Army National Guard and was in the Army 102nd Infantry division, stationed in Germany.

He was a loving husband, father and friend and will be sadly missed. Visitation will take place on TUESDAY from 5 TO 7 PM. Funeral services will take place on WEDNESDAY 10 o’clock at the funeral home.
