Obituary for Thomas Terzakis Thomas Terzakis, 88, of Milford and formerly of Orange, entered into rest on Tuesday, November 13. He was the son of the late John and Bessie Pappas Terzakis and the husband of the late Edith Haddon Terzakis for 61 years. Father of Beth-Ann (Mark) Michael and Thomas J. (Amy) Terzakis both of Orange and Terry (Denise) Terzakis of Cheshire.

Grandfather of Michael Moccia, Christopher Michael, Casey, Valerie and Alexander Terzakis. Tom was born in New Haven and raised in West Haven where he was on the West Haven High School football team and worked at his father’s stores, the Rivoli Sweet Shop and the Boulevard Luncheonette. He married Edith in 1952 and they resided in Orange for 56 years before moving to Milford.

He worked as Die Setter for Alinabal and for US Motors, and was a Shop Manager for Harloc Products. Tom was a long time respected coach for the Orange Little League, Babe Ruth and American Legion baseball leagues and for Pop Warner football. He is also survived by his sister-in-law Sophia Terzakis and nephew John Terzakis.

He is predeceased by his brother Peter and niece Valerie Terzakis. The hours for visitation will be Sunday from 3-6pm at the West Haven Funeral Home at the Green. Interment will be private.
