DEANGELIS, Arthur J. “Bo Bo”, 78, of Eagle Run, passed away on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at Kent Hospital. He was the beloved husband of 53 years to Carol A. (Magiera) DeAngelis. Born in West Warwick, he was a son of the late Arthur and Viola (Ucci) DeAngelis.

Fiercely loyal with the gift of the gab, Bo Bo was loved by everyone. A masterful storyteller who loved his country and the NY Yankees, Bo Bo gave deeply of himself to anyone who needed him. He was proud of his daughter and adored his son-in-law beyond words.

Most of all, he lived for his wife. She was the center of his universe. Besides his wife, he leaves a daughter, Nancy A. DeAngelis and her husband Donald P. Rainone, MD, of Manchester, NH; a niece, Karlene Fratus; three nephews, Edward Ionata, James Ionata, and John Ionata; and two great-nephews, Tyler Fratus and Charles Ionata.

He was predeceased by his twin sister, Cynthia Ott. Visitation will be held Sunday, December 2, 2018 from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm in the IANNOTTI Funeral Home, 415 Washington St. (Rte. 117), Coventry, with Military Honors to follow outside the Funeral Home.

Inurnment in the Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery will be private for the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the National Kidney Foundation Serving New England, 85 Astor Ave. , Suite 2, Norwood, MA 02062 would be appreciated.
