Audrey Phelps, 66, of Bowling Green passed away Wednesday January 23, 2019 at the Hospice House of Southern Kentucky. She was the daughter of Harold and Nancye Gaunce. Audrey was born on February 16, 1952 in Paris, Kentucky.

Audrey was a Family Nurse Practitioner with the Barren River District Health Department and Fairview Community Health Clinic. She was an active member of the Calvary Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband David Phelps, two sons, Jacob Phelps (Kathy) and Zack Phelps (Regan), sister Tracy Gaunce, three grandchildren, Hudson, Keaton and Claire Phelps.

Services will be 10:00 am Saturday January 26, 2019 at J.C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel with burial to follow in Bowling Green Gardens. Visitation at the funeral home will be 4:00 – 8:00 pm Friday and Saturday from 9:00 am until the service time. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Calvary Baptist Vision 20/20 or the Bowling Green Warren County Humane Society.
