Barbara Ann Layman Vipperman, 68, of Stuart, VA died on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at her home. She was born on November 26, 1950 to the late Joyce Maxine Rasmussen Layman and Joseph Raye Layman. She was of the Baptist faith and was a stay at home mother.

She enjoyed planting flowers and watching them grow around her home. Surviving are her husband; Donnie Vipperman of the home, four daughters; Tonya Gilbert of Roanoke, VA, Tara Craig of Patrick Springs, VA, Angela Guna of Bristow,… Read More » VA, Kristy Haynes of Bassett, VA, two brothers; Ronnie Layman of Herndon, VA, Gary Layman of Stuart, VA and eight grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, January 14, 2019 at Norris Funeral Services Chapel in Stuart with Reverend Jim Churchwell.

A private burial will follow at a later date. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Monday, January 14, 2019 at Norris Funeral Services in Stuart, VA. Norris Funeral Services, Inc. and Crematory of Stuart, VA is serving the Vipperman family.
