Obituary for Barbara E Phillips Barbara Ellen Phillips, age 60 of White Pine went to be with the Lord Wednesday (10/24/18) at Fort Sanders Medical Center in Knoxville. She attended Buffalo Trail Baptist Church and was a member of The Deaf Community. She was preceded in death by her son; Albert Biggs, father; Herbert Wright, sister; Becky Wright, mother-in-law; Bonnie Phillips.

She is survived by her husband; Darrell Phillips, 2 daughters; Belinda Sheedy (Shane), and Rachel Phillips (Sean Clabough), 2 sons; Randall Biggs, Jr. (Amanda) and Alan Biggs (Meghan), 9 grandchildren; Kaleb Biggs, Kyra, Chiane, and Trinity Sheedy, Kenyon, Essence, Emmylou, Jasper, and Lucyan Biggs, 4 great grandchildren; Kimberly Biggs, Kylin, Aspen, and Kaden Self, mother; Flossie Wright, sister; Sallie Spears, 2 brothers; James Wright and Tommy Wright (Michelle), brother-in-law; David Phillips, several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm Saturday (10/27/18) at Christian-Sells Funeral Home. A celebration of life service will follow at 7:00 pm.

Graveside services will be 2:00 pm Sunday (10/28/18) at Kite Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www. christiansells.com.
