Barbara Gail Bennett, 60, passed away Saturday, November 24, 2018 at the Wayne UNC Healthcare Center. Barbara was the daughter of the late Roy and Dorothy Lucas. Surviving is her husband: Clark Bennett; children: Duronda Davis and husband Michael of Goldsboro, North Carolina, Miranda Sturgill and husband Rick of Thornton, Jonathon Begley and wife Rachel of Goldsboro, North Carolina; grandchildren: Jeremiah, Kaleigh, Gage, Kayden, Marley, Toni, and Madylyn.

Barbara was preceded in death by her grandson Dakota, mother: Dorothy; father: Roy; and two brothers: Sammy and Jimmy and two sisters: Vonetta and Anetta. Memorial Service: 11:00 O’clock A.M. Friday, November 30, 2018 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Evangelist Rick Sturgill officiating. Burial will follow in the Thornton Cemetery at Thornton, Kentucky.
