Lou Mamia Pace Fugate, 95, of Mayking passed away Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Healthcare Center. Lou Mamia was the daughter of the late Oscar and Lydia Kincer Pace. Lou Mamia was the widow of Oliver G. Fugate.

Surviving is 3 sons; Darius (Corina) Fugate and O.C. (Mary Ann Boggs) Fugate all of Middletown, Ohio and David (Jackie) Fugate of Mayking; 1 daughter: Nyoka (Archie) Crawford of Mayking; 4 sisters: Glenna Craft of Whitesburg, Charma Salyers of Batesville, Indiana, Margaret Kincer of Dayton, Ohio, and Rebecca Meade of Millstone; 7 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren. Lou Mamia was preceded in death by 1 granddaughter: Tabitha Spangler; 1 grandson: Chad Fugate; 2 brothers: Vernon Pace and Robert Pace; 2 sisters: Eileen Craft and Ethel Wagner. Funeral: 3:00 O’clock P.M. Saturday, December 1, 2018 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Bill Craft officiating.

Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Friday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Fugate Cemetery at Mayking, Kentucky.
