Obituary for Barbara Jean Andrews DAVENPORT, FLORIDA – Barbara Jean Andrews of Davenport, Florida passed away on April 15, 2018. She was 79. Barbara Jean was born on July 16, 1938, in Tuscumbia, Alabama to Samson Elliottsander Scott and Viola Vinson Scott.

She was a grader in the Citrus Industry. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She will always be missed but her memories will always live in the heart of those who loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Gerald Leroy Freeman and sisters, Jewell Olav Blair, Dorothy Jewell Gist and Martha Jane Daniels; and is survived by her husband, Linwood Andrews, daughter, Mary Lou Anderson, son, Tommy Andrews and wife Jackie, daughter, Brenda Lamb and husband, Thomas Roberts; ten grandchildren and twenty two great grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Thursday, April 19, 2018 from 11:00 a.m., until the Funeral Service at 12:00 Noon, all at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Haines City, Florida, with Pastor Mitchell Johns, Oak Hill Baptist Church officiating.
