Obituary of Barbara A. Everts Barbara Ann (Wyatt) Everts- Barbara, 87, of Bemus Point, NY, a vivacious woman full of love for her family, went home to be with the Lord the morning of March 9, 2019 after an extended illness. Barbara was born on June 24, 1931 in Geneva, NY to William and Dorothy Wyatt, and shared many memories with her parents and siblings on her family farm. She was married to her loving and caring husband, David Everts, on August 11, 1972.

Barbara and David share many wonderful memories with their family and shared faith in God. They enjoyed studying the Bible together and car rides, especially in the fall. Barbara found great pleasure with her children and grandchildren and enjoyed visits from her nieces.

She will be remembered for her great sense of humor, her thoughtful care of her loved ones, her spunk and enjoyment of life, and her desire to always put her family’s needs above her own. Barbara deeply loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and relished in pictures and stories about her loved ones. Barbara is survived by her loving husband, David Everts, of Bemus Point, NY, her five sons, David Ostroski (Ann) of Seneca Falls, NY, Dale Ostroski (Michelle) of Albion, NY, Jerrold Ostroski (Karen) of Cassadaga, NY, Timithy Ostroski (Debbie) of Lakewood, NY, and James Ostroski (Kim) of Ellery, NY, grandchildren include Sean Ostroski (Sharon), Kelly Rogers (Kevin), Michael Ostroski, Jaclyn Davis (Matthew), Morgan Grant (Parker), Philip Ostroski (Emily), Austin Seastrom (Katherine), and Kolton Seastrom, and great-grandchildren Jackson and Evan Ostroski (Sean), Ryan Rogers (Kelly), and Bailey Grant (Morgan).

She is also survived by her loving nieces, Bonnie Leonard (Bruce), Chris Nickey (Ron), Jane Gottberg (Matt), and Vicki Hansen (Mark). Barbara is predeceased by her parents, William D. Wyatt and Dorothy Bailey Wyatt, her siblings William D. Wyatt Jr., Colen Wyatt (Virginia), and Robert Wyatt, as well as her daughter Michele Everts, born December 9, 1972, and nephew Steven Wyatt. One of Barbara’s favorite hymns is “How Great Thou Art” and the family will keep this in their hearts.

Private services will be held for family only. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Westfield Memorial Hospital, 189 East Main Street, Westfield, NY 14787.
