Obituary for Bertha Barrios Bertha Barrios, 71, of Waukegan, passed away on September 2, 2018 at her home. Bertha was born on April 8, 1947 in Zacatecas, Mexico. She is survived by her two children Maria Avalos and Vicente Lara; eight grand children and 16 great grandchildren.
