Family will greet friends from 3:00PM to 5:00PM on Sunday, November 25, 2018, at Rooks Funeral Home, 213 West Church Street in Fort Valley. Services will be held at 11:00AM on Monday, November 26, 2018, at Chamlee Memorial Baptist Church, 1502 Knoxville Street in Fort Valley, with Rev.

Bryan McPherson officiating. Burial will follow in Oaklawn Cemetery. Born to the late Sylvester and Leila Giles Bartlett, Mrs. Collier retired from Blue Bird Wanderlodge.

A long time member of Chamlee Memorial Baptist Church, she enjoyed sewing, cooking and quilting. She had been a devoted caregiver for her late husband Elton, and her family will always remember her as a wonderful mother and grandmother. Survivors include her daughters, Janice Kersey of Hawkinsville, Brenda Ellis (Pete) of Fayetteville, Marlene Walker (Bobby) of Jacksonville, Florida, and Vickie Sizemore (Lee) of Byron; grandchildren, Stacy Spell (Buddy), Terri Darcey (Tim), Christopher Walton, Kevin Ellis (Natasha), Amy Jackson (Erik), Genny Toon (Josh), Laura Walker (Paul), Taylor Garza (Philip), and Cassie Sizemore; twelve great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; and a sister, Bonnie Bartlett of Fort Valley .

She is preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Elton Colllier, sister, Frances Collier, and son in law, William Kersey. Donations may be made to Chamlee Memorial Baptist Church, 1502 Knoxville St., Fort Valley, GA 31030. Rooks Funeral Home in Fort Valley is in charge of arrangements.
