Betty L. (Donna) Auterson, 75, of Terre Haute passed away Saturday June 9, 2018 at 9:14 pm in her residence. She was a retired crossing guard for the Terre Haute Police Department. Betty was born February 2, 1943 in Terre Haute to Frank Donna and Althea (Hendricks) Donna.

She is survived by her sons, Tim Donna of Kentucky and Gary Auterson of Terre Haute; a daughter, Vickie Price of Terre Haute; a sister, Mary Howard of Terre Haute; grandchildren, Ashley, Amber, Heather, Tim, Monica, and Tiffany, several great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her step-father Chester Gulley; her husband, William “Bill” Auterson; a son, Roger Auterson; a daughter, Eva Jean Collier and three brothers, Jim Donna, Paul Donna, and Bill Donna. Betty enjoyed crocheting, reading; she especially loved the book series Left Behind, and she enjoyed cooking shows.

Per Betty’s request, cremation has been chosen with a Celebration of Life at a later date. DeBaun Spri nghill Chapel is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences may be left at www.
