Betty Lou Dulle passed away peacefully at her home in Napa on June 4, 2018. Betty was born on October 8, 1930 in Kansas to Kenneth Talley and Ruby Critton. While living in Santa Cruz, she met a wonderful man by the name of Phil Dulle who became her beloved husband of 64 years.

Together they moved to Napa and married at the beautiful First Presbyterian Church in Napa where they resided to raise their family in the country with many horses and animals. The couple welcomed two beautiful daughters, Debby and Lou Ellen, and son, Phil into their home and set about teaching them all of the ins and outs of life as well as the lessons that raised them into independent and productive adults. Her children remember her as a kind and gentle mother who encouraged them to pursue their goals in life.

Betty was a mother first and a home maker. She loved her kids dearly and always made sure they had a clean house, food on the table, chores completed, and made a point to have many outings to the beach, camping, river and lake trips, and provided more than anyone could ask for. Betty was a generous and loving individual who loved her family and was passionate about spending time riding horses with her daughters, painting ceramics, being a school mom, and going shopping.

Betty is survived by her husband Phil Dulle; daughters Debby and Lou Ellen; son Phil and wife Danielle; their 10 grandchildren Mark, Mike, Misty, James, Jackie, Janette, Renee, Phil III, Daniel and Robert; and 18 great grandchildren. A Celebration of life will be held on June 16th 12:00 to 3:00 on Penny Lane where the family has lived for 50 years. Condolences and words of sympathy may be sent to the family online at www. tulocaycemetery.org.
