Obituary for Betty Ruth Witmer Betty Ruth Witmer, 93, of Spring Garden Township died June 20, 2018. She was the wife of C. Earl Witmer to whom she was married to for 68 years. She was a lifelong member of Asbury United Methodist Church.

As per her wishes, there will be no viewing nor memorial. Following cremation, a private service will be held in Mount Rose Cemetery. Arrangements by the Etzweiler Funeral Homes and Cremation Service, 1111 E. Market St. York, PA 17403.
