Beverly Karen Aycock, 57, of Bristol, VA went home to be with the Lord Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Bristol Regional Medical Center. She was born in Bristol, VA on October 22, 1961. She attended Beech Grove United Methodist Church and had worked at Bristol Compressors for seven years and also at Bright’s Wholesale.

The one thing that Beverly loved the most was taking care of her family. Beverly is survived by her father, Scott Bright; mother, Joanne Cox and husband Jim; husband Kevin Mumpower all of Bristol, VA; daughters, Karen Lark of Bristol, VA and Kristin Murray and husband Chad of Abingdon, VA; father and mother-in-law, Olin and Sue Mumpower of Blountville, TN; five grandchildren, Zack Fritts, Kaitlyn Gilbert and husband Clayton, Caleb Murray, Lauren Lark, and Colt Lark; one great grandchild, Audra Gilbert; three brothers, Bobby Bright, Barry Bright and wife Barbara, and Bartley Bright; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Thursday, February 7, 2019 at Blevins Funeral & Cremation Services, Bristol, VA.

The funeral service will follow at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Mike Coonley officiating. The committal service and interment will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 8, 2019 at Mountain View Cemetery, Bristol, VA. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
