Mr. Bill Bright, age 72, of Marion, passed away Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at his residence. A native of McDowell County, he was born on July 15, 1946 to the late George Bright and Sallie Loftis Bright. Bill retired from Ethan Allen.

He enjoyed watching wrestling and NASCAR. Bill is survived by his siblings; Jeanette Kazee, Bobby Bright, Daniel Bright and wife Pat, Katie Calhoun, Bonnie Carmer, Ronnie Bright, Charlie Bright, and Ronald Bright; a daughter and several grandchildren, great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 5, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at Murphy’s Chapel Cemetery.
