OBITUARY Billie Joyce Bristow May 31, 1926 – September 1, 2018 Billie Joyce (Brune) Bristow, 92, passed away September 1, 2018. She was born in Evansville, IN, May 31, 1926 to the late Laura Meinhold Brune and William Brune. Billie was a career employee at Alcoa Aluminum, Warrick Operations.

She enjoyed the companionship of many close friends, playing golf, traveling and especially spending time with her family. Billie loved dogs (especially beagles). She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Ramsey Bristow, her sisters, Eloise Brune and Mary Jane (Brune) Gelhausen, and nephew, Michael Gelhausen.

She is survived by her niece, Pam (Gelhausen) Euston (Don), nephew David Gelhausen (Linda), great nephew Rob Gelhausen, and great niece Heather (Gelhausen) Manion (Jeremy). She is also survived by Ramsey’s family members, Terry Muensterman (Carl), Erin Gidcumb (Jim), Nancy Dame (Ron), Susie Gordon (Greg), Kenny McAtee (Rita), and Linda Nalin (Dave). She was a member of Christ Church United Church of Christ, 3601 Washington Ave.

, where visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 from 9:30 to 11:00, followed by a Memorial Service at 11:00. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Vanderburgh Humane Society of Evansville, Indiana. Condolences may be made online at ww.
