Billy’s Obituary TEAGUE, Billy – of Burton and Hale, age 88, passed away February 6, 2019 at his son’s home. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held in the spring. Billy was born in Milan, TN on December 9, 1930, son of the late Dewey and Onie (McNeil) Teague.

He married Deloris Buffey in September of 1952 and she preceded him in death in 2003. Billy was an avid golfer and a member of the Eagles in Hale. He retired from the Marine Corps as Gunnery Sergeant after 23 years of service.

He later worked and retired from Sears as well as Wicker Hills Golf Course. Billy is survived by his daughter, Karen (Wayne) Hill; son, Robert Teague; grandchildren, Brooke, Chloe, Madison, Mackenzie, Marshall, Rylee and Hunter; great-grandchildren, Nicholas, Samantha, Nathan and Noah; sister, Martha; several nieces and nephews; significant other, Irene Beilmann and her daughter, Charlotte Podehl. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Beverly Teague; siblings, Jesse Daniel, Betty, Susie and Jimmy.
