Bobby Bruce Wade, 82, passed away Thursday, November 15, 2018. He was born February 19, 1936 in Vance County to the late Garland Wade and Lois Matthews Wade. He retired with over 38 years of service from Alcatel as an electronics engineer.

A funeral service will be held 12:00 pm, Saturday, November 17, 2018 at Green Pines Baptist Church, 1498 Hodge Rd, Knightdale, 27545. Burial will follow at Raleigh Memorial Park. The family will receive relatives and friends prior to the service from 10:30 am to 11:45 am in the Fidelis Sunday School Classroom.

Surviving: wife, Rose Wilson Wade; daughter, Terry Lewis (Derrick) of Middle, Sharon Wade of Wendell; grandson James Lewis; brothers: Albert Wade (Nancy) of Raleigh, Jimmy Wade (Nancy) of Raleigh; sister, Edith Eatmon (Bill) of Greensboro. In addition to his parents, Bobby was preceded in death by his son, Michael Wade; brother, Donnie Wade. Flowers are accepted or memorial contributions may be made to Green Pines Baptist Church.
