BOBBY’s Obituary Bobby Neil Danheiser, 75, of Henderson, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, December 19, 2018. He was a lifelong member of First Christian Church where he served as a deacon. Bobby was a retired supervisor with Whirlpool Corporation.

He was a dedicated member of the Tuesday-Thursday Crew of Habitat for Humanity. Bobby graduated from Henderson City High School where he was a member of the 1959 football state championship team and attended Western Kentucky University. He enjoyed working with the Henderson Christian Community Outreach delivering monthly commodities.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John Christopher Danheiser, Sr., and Mary Alice Tapp Danheiser; one sister, Pauline Hollowell; and two brothers, John Christopher Danheiser, Jr., and Thomas Lee Danheiser. Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Linda H. Danheiser; one sister, Joyce Chandler of Henderson, Kentucky; two brothers-in-law, Roger Hetrick and David Hetrick and his wife, Connie, both of Henderson, Kentucky; and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at First Christian Church.

Dr. Chuck Summers will officiate. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday at Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home and from noon to service time Saturday at the church.
