Obituary for Brenda Capps (Spiller) Brenda Kay Capps, 65, of Marion and formerly of Johnston City, passed away at 4:55 p.m., Monday, June 11, 2018 in Integrity Health Care of Marion. Brenda was born September 29, 1952 in Herrin to Harold Bufford and Rosalie (Payne) Spiller. Brenda is survived by her son, Mark Jones; twin sister, Linda Brushell of Carbondale; several nieces and nephews, Lisa Griffith, Connie Ezell, Karen Shands, Tracy Hunter, Marvin Mize, Michael Mize and Bobbie Spiller.

She is also survived by several great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Leland and Shirley Spiller, Dean and Sharen Spiller; one sister, Charlotte Mize; niece, Cindy Dawkins and two nephews, John Allen and Allen Spiller. Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m., Thursday, June 14, 2018 in Egyptian Memorial Gardens in Energy.
