Brian L. Blomquist, 37, of Rockford, passed away Saturday, June 23, 2018. He was born June 6, 1981, in Rockford, Illinois, the son of Ronald Blomquist and Donna Boothe. Brian was a graduate of Lutheran High School, class of 2000, graduate of NIU and went on to obtain his Masters of Business Administration from Rockford University.

Brian will be dearly missed and forever remembered as a loving companion, father, son, brother, uncle, nephew and friend. Survived by his significant other, Bethany Ritter and their daughter, Ellee Blomquist; daughter, Emma Blomquist; parents, Ronald (Nancy) Blomquist and Donna (Walt) Boothe; brothers, Dan(Tony) McNames and Kyle (Annie) Blomquist; sister Amanda (Josh) Bergman; nieces and nephews, Alice, Paul and Tommy Blomquist and Piper Chemello; and numerous aunts and uncles. Predeceased by his grandparents.

Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Friday, June 29, 2018 at Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd. Rockford, IL 61108. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until time of service Friday, June 29, 2018 at Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory, Mulford Chapel.
