Our loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother, Bruce S Chipman of Pleasant Grove, Utah passed away Tuesday March 19, 2019 in Green River Wyoming. He was born October 3, 1934 in Lindon, Utah to Harris Squire Chipman and Virginia Gillman Chipman. He married Winona Susan McCormick on April 29,1967 in the Montgomery County Pennsylvania.

Together they had 2 children: Julie Anne (Hunter) and Kimberly (Mayeski). Bruce was a truck driver for over 50 years working for various companies including Van Waters and Rogers, Kraft Foods, Eaton Metal and Walker Oil. Bruce drove all those years with little complaints rather he just did what he knew was right for his family.

He enjoyed home teaching with various partners from the ward over the years. He always enjoyed getting to know others and providing a helping hand when needed. Bruce had many lifelong friends including friends from high school.

Everyone that knew Bruce could not help noticing the twinkle in his eye and his happy countenance. Bruce is survived by his wife, two daughters and 5 grandchildren; Winona Susan Chipman, Julie Hunter (Kurt), Kimberly Mayeski (Mark), Jozef Hunter (Mia), Zyon Hunter, Madelyn Mayeski, Isaak Hunter and Maya Mayeski. He is also survived by 3 sisters and 5 brothers; Marcia Anne Smith, Jerald Chipman, Jeanne Evans, Steve Chipman, Mark Chipman, Kent Chipman, Val Chipman and Gina Tarr.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Harris and Virginia Chipman; siblings Vern Chipman, James Chipman and Hazeldawn Belliston. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints located at, 3396 N 900 W, Pleasant Grove. Family and friends may attend a viewing from 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. prior to the services.

Interment will be in the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to the family at www. olpinmortuary.com.
