Obituary for Carl Dougan Carl David Dougan, 69, of Rock Hill, passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at Piedmont Medical Center with his family by his side. He was born August 3, 1948 in Kearny, NJ, son of the late John Smith and Alice Katherine Walters Dougan. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Daniel Dougan.
Carl worked for Reynolds Aluminum in New Jersey, worked in construction in TN and Charlotte, NC and was a 12- year employee of Ford, even after his retirement. He enjoyed fishing, history and was a member of the NRA. He leaves to cherish his memory his beloved daughter, Sheila Dougan Norman and husband, Dennis of Rock Hill; sons, David Dougan and wife, Nina of Chester, Wesley Dougan and Matt Dougan, both of Rock Hill; 7 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and sister, Anita Trentacoste and husband, Salvatore of PA; and several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 12:00 PM, Friday, June 15, 2018 at First Pentecostal Holiness Church, 1105 Eden Terrace, Rock Hill, SC 29730.
