Carolina J. Feldmann, 94, of Bowen, IL died at 1:30 am Friday May 25, 2018 at North Adams Home in Mendon, IL She was born on February 10, 1924 in the farm home at Hampshire, IL to Christian and Emma Genz Suhr. She married William H. Feldmann on February 23, 1947 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Hampshire, IL. He preceded her in death on April 28, 2003.

Carolina worked at the Illinois Bell Telephone Company in Elgin, IL. She was a member of the Altar Guild, The Ladies Society and the LWML at Trinity Lutheran Church in Hampshire, IL and also served as the church organist for several years. She was currently a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Bowen, IL and served as organist for six years.

She is survived by 6 children, Sharon (Richard) Aubuchon of Morton, IL, Shirley (Ronald) Holle of Oro Valley, AZ, Ronald Feldmann of DeKalb, IL, Darlene (Thomas) Katus of Peoria, IL, Patricia (William) Sawyers of Longmont, CO, Thomas (Vicki) Feldmann of Bowen, IL, 13 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren with # 17 due in August, a brother-in-law, John Feldmann, a sister-in-law, Marjorie Carlson and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Mark Feldmann, daughter-in-law, Dorothy Feldmann, a brother Christian Suhr and his wife, Doris, a sister, Rosamunda Graue and her husband, Ted, 3 sisters-in-law, Hermine Faber and her husband, Laverne, Louise Siemens and her husband, Abe and Beverly Feldmann, 1 brother-in-law, Herman Feldmann. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Saturday June 2, 2018 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Bowen, IL by Rev.

Larry Troxel. Burial will be in Bowen Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to time of services Saturday at the church.

Memorials may be made to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church or Concordia Seminary Student Aid Fund @csl. edu. The Hamilton Funeral Home in Augusta, IL is handling arrangements.
