Carolyn Elizabeth Nicholson, 69, of Connersville passed away Tuesday morning, May 22, 2018, at Hickory Creek Nursing Home. A child of Arthur and Mary (Webb) Ford, Carolyn was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on December 17, 1948. She graduated from Lockland High School in Cincinnati and attended Miami University, Oxford.

For many years, she was employed as a secretary at City Hall for the City of Lincoln Heights, Ohio. Carolyn was a member of New Life United Methodist Church and was known as the Story Telling Lady at Frazee School where she enjoyed reading to the children. Well known for her beautiful voice, Carolyn enjoyed singing and making people laugh.

Survivors include four children, Rachael Nicholson of Cincinnati, Anthony Nicholson II, Eric Nicholson and his wife, Shawn, and Shannon Nicholson, all of Connersville; twenty grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a sister, Wanda Maxwell of Cincinnati; honorary brothers, Kenneth Foster of Greensburg, Indiana and Antoine Parks of Connersville. Carolyn will be sadly missed by a host of her adoring family members known as the Webbs. Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, beloved aunts and uncles, and cousins.

Family and friends may call from 11:00 a.m. until the time of memorial service at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, May 30, 2018, at Miller, Moster, Robbins Funeral Home. Reverend Alex Fahie will officiate. Online condolences may be made anytime at millermosterrobbins.com.
