Obituary for Charles Ray Peckham Mr. Charles Ray Peckham, age 71, took his flight to heaven on Thursday, November 29, 2018 in Mount Pleasant, Texas at Focus Care Nursing Home. Charles was born March 20, 1947 along with his twin sister, Bonnie Kay Peckham Bearden, in Pittsburg, Texas to the late Charlie and Bennie Peckham. He worked multiple jobs in his life.

He worked on a dairy farm milking cows and hauling hay. He also worked for Waste Management and S&S Construction in Winnsboro. He was a true outdoorsman.

He loved fishing, hunting, outside cleaning, raking leaves, chopping wood and anything else that allowed him to stay out of the house. He also loved spending time with his grandbabies and family and watching the Dallas Cowboys play football. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Bennie Peckham; fiancé, Linda Sharp; sisters, Bonnie Kay Peckham Bearden, Ruth Jane Peckham and Brenda Peckham Rogers and brother, Bueford Gene Peckham.

He is survived by his step-daughter, Lacy Sharp Najera and her husband, Juan Pablo Najera and Regina Kendrick and her husband, Ahmad Kendrick; grandsons, Fredy (Piggy) Sharp, Bryon Kendrick, Noble Kendrick and Keilan Kendrick; granddaughters, Linda (Girly) Sharp and Lola Sharp; brothers, Howard Peckham and George Peckham; sisters, Virginia and her husband, Raymond Tabor and a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 8th, 2018 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Beaty Funeral Home-Winnsboro 816 W. Broadway Winnsboro, TX 75494.
