Charlotte’s Obituary Charlotte Diane Hughes, 69, of Loris, SC died March 24, 23019 at McLeod Seacoast Hospital in Loris, SC. Born April 29, 1949 in Augusta, GA, she was a daughter of the late Thomas A and Bertha (Baxley) Williams. Survivors include her daughter, Carla Jean Flowers of Loris; five grandchildren, Billy Jones, Junior Conley, David Jones, Karen Jones, Kristen Jones; 14 Great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, March 26 at Myrtle Beach Funeral Home, Myrtle Beach with Rev Kirk Lawton officiating.
