Obituary for Charlotte Marie Debolt DEBOLT, Charlotte Marie, 72, passed away Sunday, November 11, 2018. She was retired from BellSouth Tech and a member of C.W.A. Union. Charlotte is survived by her children, Annetta S. Pound and Christopher A. Debolt; grandchildren, Krystal Pound, Kaylee Debolt, Kyle Blanford and Taylor Debolt; great-grandchildren, Krystianna, Coreanna, Koressa and Corey Brown; sisters, Dolores Shake (Rick), Kathy McGaughey, Susie Shepherd (Bill); and brother, Butch Ballard (Brenda).

Her celebration of life service will be held Thursday 7 p.m. at Joseph E. Ratterman & Son, 7336 Southside Dr. Visitation will be held Thursday from 1 -7 p.m. Cremation will follow.
