Charlotte N. Geary, 98, of Newfoundland, formerly of Walnutport, passed away Thursday, May 24, 2018 in her residence. She was the wife of the late Kermit E. Geary, who passed away in 2010. Born in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late William A. and Laura May (McCormick) Lawrence.

Charlotte was a former member of the St. John’s Episcopal Church, Palmerton, and a member of the Lehigh Valley National Railroad Historical Society. Charlotte is survived by a son: Kermit E Geary, Jr. of Walnutport; Daughters: Carole Homeyer of Newfoundland, Charlotte and husband Robert Stefanik of Hazleton; Grandchildren: Diane Homeyer and husband James Fiore, III, and Carrie Martini. A Memorial Service will be held at 10 A.M. on Saturday June 2, 2018 at Harding Funeral Home, 25-27 N. Second St, Slatington.

Calling hour 9-10 A.M. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Indianland Cemetery.
