Christopher Hanna March 06, 1973 – February 18, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card Christopher Mark Hanna, 45, of Connersville, passed away on February 18, 2019 after an extended illness. He was born on March 6, 1973, in Columbus, Indiana and is the son of the late Mark Hanna and Janet Speer Hanna. He raced professional go-karts as #57 “Hurricane Hanna” for Keller Racing.

He was also known for fabricating war wagons. Christopher was a very loving person and touched many lives. He will be greatly missed by his friends and family.

Christopher is survived by a brother, Josh Hanna, of Columbus, IN; his grandmother, Marie Speer, of Columbus, IN; his aunt, Marsha Noblitt, of Columbus, IN; his extended family, Angela & Jeff Nester, Rachel Barr, and Louis Richardson, all of Connersville; his best friend of over 15 years, Andy Keller, and his favorite hospice nurse, Kathy McDonald. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Wayne Speer, and Robert & Frances Hanna. Visitation for Christopher will be held on Tuesday, February 26, 2019, from 5:00pm until 6:00pm at Urban-Winkler Funeral Home, Connersville.

The funeral service will follow at 6:00pm at the funeral home, with Angie Isaacs officiating. A graveside service will be at 11:00am on Wednesday, at Vernon Cemetery, North Vernon, Indiana.
