Clark Edward “Popeye” Rhoades, Jr., 49, of Normalville, passed away on Sunday July 1, 2018 at home. He was born August 4, 1968 in Mill Run, the son Clark Rhoades, Sr. and the late Beulah M. (Johnson) Rhoades. He was a laborer for Mountain Top Salvage/Robert Platt Auto Salvage.

Clark is survived by his children, Christopher Martial and Michael Lilley of Normalville; siblings, Barbara Raymond of Normalville, Evelyn Rhoades and fiancé Bill Sypin, Barton Rhoades, Kevin Rhoades of Allsport, and Beulah Dillinger and friend Glenn of Normalville. ;nieces and nephews, Cassie Adenhart and Terry Adenhart of Normalville, Kenneth Raymond and Chelsea Neiderheiser of Acme, and Shannon Sypin, Bart Sypin, and Justin Sypin who are all of Allsport and Nikki Dillinger, Brittany Dillinger, and Ashley Dillinger, who are all of Normalville; great-nieces and nephews, Cera Adenhart, Jasmine Adenhart, and Airella Raymond, Gavin Neiderheiser of Acme and several other nieces and nephews. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Beulah and Bert Johnson and paternal grandparents, Harry and Hazel Bowers.

Family and friends will be received in the PAUL G. FINK FUNERAL HOME, INC. 418 North Pittsburgh Street, Connellsville on Monday from 4pm until the hour of the funeral service at 8pm with Pastor Mark Soltis officiating. Interment will be private.
