Clifford Thacker, 92 of Hurricane, passed away Monday March 4, 2019. Born August 6, 1926 in Hurricane he was a son of the late Alexander Odell Thacker and Alice Faye Thacker. He was also preceded in death by sons, Bradley Thacker and Paul Thacker; sisters, Dorothy Wooten and Ester Cooper; and brothers, Wendell Thacker and Cline Thacker.

Clifford is survived by his wife Rosalee Thacker of Hurricane; children, Sandi Ball of Ansted, Kenneth Thacker of Hurricane and Ronnie Thacker of Hurricane; 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Funeral service will be held at 11:00am Saturday, March 9, 2019 at Chapman Funeral Home, Hurricane. Burial will follow in Valley View Memorial Park, Hurricane.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Alzheimer Association WV Chapter at 1601 2nd Ave Charleston WV 25387.
